This is my weight loss journal - I'm including a photo journal as well. I am still trying to get back down to my pre-2004 weight. My personal goal is to loose about 1.5 - 2.1# a week, but it's going to take a lot more personal self control than I have right now. From 174 to 150 by Christmas. I'm looking into the "3 day melt away" program to help with my diet and exercise combined.

06-22-09 If I were to show you a picture now, it'd look just like it did a year ago, only a bit bigger! Not a good sign.
